Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. too change the name of your journal you need too click the edit on your first post in the journal, the click the 'go advanced' button and you should be able too do it there
as for changing your user name, that can only be done via the 'contact us' button were it is up too admin if they allow this, it is only permitted in certain circumstances
