changed our bedtime routine -fingers crossed

ok so in an attempt to make Ffion sleep through the night ive changed her bedtime routine.

we used to bath at 6 then dinner then bottle,story and bed by 7

tonight we let her nap at 6 then woke her a 7, played for an hour then started her bedtime routine at 8.. shes just gone to sleep now

well she slept from 9pm till 5.30am, had a feed then woke up just now.

im really happy!

she woke at 1 and i though 'oh here we go'

but then she next woke up at 8!!!

he wakes up in the night and comes into our bed and he still wont settle on his own without being cuddled...
