Changes in poop at 5 months but no change to formula??

Any ideas?

I am feeding my son C&G formula and have been since 8 weeks old, he is now 23 weeks. We are not yet weaning but his poop is suddenly thicker and green..Not concerned about constipation as is still real mushy but just not at all runny. Bubba is teething like mad - third tooth just coming through, is this related? Or is it just age? Baby has also dropped night feeds and does not seem to be eating more in the day so wondered if it was to do with absorbing more in digestion??

I guess if he is drinking less it sort of makes sense that his poos might be a bit drier- if he is happy and not uncomfortable then i wouldn't worry. You can usually tell they are constipated when they are uncomfortable and their poos are like little rabbit pellets
