Changing the old chart stalkers thread for the new one

Hi

I was just wondering whether the Chart Stalkers thread in the TTC buddies section that is up the top as a sticky, can be replaced with the new one, as the person that was doing the old one has asked if someone else could take over and i was happy to oblige.
