Hi everyone, did anyone else start charting right after a miscarriage? My husband and I are planning to start TTC again after one cycle, so I'm trying to figure out how to understand my chart right now. We've always used fertility awareness as birth control, and I got pregnant our first cycle TTC. If you did start charting right away, what day did you use for the first day of the cycle? I started bleeding two days before passing the majority of the tissue. Did your temperatures return to pre-pregnancy levels for pre-ovulation? Mine are all over the place. I go back to the doctor for another HCG blood draw on Tuesday, so that will hopefully help me see what's going on. In the mean time, thinking about trying again has been the most helpful way of coping with the miscarriage.

First off I am so sorry for your loss. I can completely relate as my loss was just earlier this summer. I temped starting about a week after my MC. That first cycle they were all over the place! Like you I started bleeding before I actually passed what I believe was the actual miscarriage. So I started day one as the day I know tissue started passing. I was so discouraged by the temps that cycle. I encourage you to try and not let that happen. I had a longer cycle that month and then got pregnant the next cycle. It seems in the moment like your body will NEVER go back to normal. But it does.
Oh and in pretty sure I didn't O that first cycle.
