Good morning all!
Is there a way to input my information of BBT before i even have a cycle?
Since we are working on developing a cycle at all, never mind finding out how long and regular it may be, im wondering if there is a way to input this to see a graph of the results.
We have been recording BBT and just used CD1 on the papers as our first day testing. I figured it was good to get in the habit of it before i start to cycle again and im interested in seeing a visual of the numbers.
I would just draw some lines on my current chart, but my temps are lower than the numbers given on my recording paper ( i have lower temps to begin with)
So you think just for visualization purposes entering it as i have now online would make any sense on Fertility friend?
I only really became interested in this since my temps have been near identical since starting recording, but this morning they actually dropped much lower than the consistent numbers i had been getting. Finally, a change! could mean nothing, but, im happy to see it!
So is there any harm(sort of like fudging the numbers) in tracking temps without knowing your cycle length, or even having one? It is simply for curiosity sake at this point, and i would be re recording CD1 when a cycle does decide to say hello again to me. Id still try to read the charting as if i was a normal patient mid cycle but wouldn't rely on it.
Thanks!
