Hi, this is my first post ever! My husband and I have been ttc for 4 months. I use opks and just started charting this cycle. Last night I was startled awake (by something falling in my shower) around 4am. I went ahead and took my basal temp. Could never really get back to sleep fully. When my alarm went off an hour and I half later I took my temp. Again. Which one should I use?? I know it's probably not a big deal but I was supposed to ovulate today as I got a pos. opk yesterday and I just want to record the right temp so I can see a pattern etc.. Thanks in advance!

I would use the first one, they say it's best to temp after at least 4 hours of solid sleep. The second temp would more than likely be higher than it normally would be bc of that reason!

I agree, use the first temp. I would also make a note in my chart that it was earlier than usual. FF doesn't typically recommend adjusting temps but I sometimes do.
