I normally take my temp at 8am. I read that you should take it at the same time every morning. This morning I had to be up early so I took it at 5:45. It was 96.93. I used an online tool that calculates what your temp would of been if you took on at your normal time and that made it 97.38. This would mean that I ovulated. It it's the 96.93 I probably didn't. Has anyone else used the converting temp method and had it be accurate?

I have used the converter on when my baby site and My chart seems to come together nicely when I convert some temps in a month.

My waking time can vary quite a bit but I never adjusted my temp. I would just enter it into fertility friend. If you have ovulated your temps will stay high so you'll know for sure.

good luck x x
