Does anyone know if its ok to take chasteberry supplement (vitex) whilst partially breastfeeding?
I've read this supplement can help lengthen the luteal phase (needs to be at least 11 days to conceive), mine is less than 11 days. Also helps regulate your cycles and can even help reduce or control endo!?
I'd love to start taking this but will it affect my ds??? I only now breastfeed him a couple of times a day. He has neocate formula for his main milk supply.
