cheap tv???

hi,

does anyone know of anywhere that has cheap (portable) tv's? no bigger han 18-20". dont care if black or grey etc, but it must have remote and scart.

the 1 in my bedroom has started to get white fuzzy lines on it when you try and watch something. me and OH said about getting a new 1 as a oint gift for each other for xmas.
