How long does it usually take to sort out a pre-order?

I emailed yesterday, got a reply 9am this morning saying they don't recognise my details and so they need to call me.

I gave my number, and then later sent another email enquiring about the Limited Edition Ittis.

I've not heard back though? xx

i think they're really busy as they've had a problem with the limited ed ittis - they only got half the amount in that they were expecting

they'll probably get back to you tomorrow

i think it was the SIOs that they had the problem with, they might have been ok for the AIOs
