If you have introduced these to your babies, how old were they? I'm tempted to give Lilly some - she's a little over 7 months old and has no teeth (dunno if that makes much of a difference). I bought a bag of those Gerber dissolvable yogurt drops, but I tried one and they don't seem too dissolvable! Maybe I'm such being paranoid, but they seem like the perfect size to get lodged in her throat. :-S

She does really well with small finger foods, but I tend to give her things that are on the mushier side (banana slices, scrambled eggs, etc.).

I have given my LO a few of the puffs (gerber) they dissolve pretty quickly. I ate a few to see what would happen. LOL she doesn't have any teeth either so I broke the puffs in half (my niece eats them whole though) and she just let it sit on her tongue. havne't tried cheerios yet

So I bought some today and they're GREAT! I bought some of those flavored Cheerio kind and the puffs and she totally digs them :D No choking at all! And I manned up and gave her some of those yogurt melts and she ate those just fine as well! Thanks :D

We did puffs around 8 months; Cheerios around 9. I tried softening Cheerios in water first, yuck!! She would not touch them! Gave them to her hard at 9.5 months and there was no problem; probably could have done it much sooner.

I've got some of the Gerber puffs to keep in my diaper bag for when we're out and about and I need a snack to distract her, she's been eating them since about 6.5 months

I've been feeding my son cheerios for the past week. At first i just gave him 1/2 of a cheerio at a time, but now he can eat the whole ones. He loves them.

My daughter has been having cheerios and yoghurt drops since 7 months without a problem (no teeth either!). She actually lunges at me to get the yogurt drops out of my hand. I also prefer to give her the happy baby brand of puffs because they are organic and contain no sugar or salt. Taste good too!

My LO didn't get any teeth until she was a few days shy of 1, so weaning was a little bit difficult.
She never had any issues with Cheerios or puffs or anything like that.

Ds at 11 months still has no teeth and eats everything we do. He just gums and sucks and moves it around his mouth until he can swallow it. I gave ds puffs at 8 months and Cheerios soaked in milk

I gave ds the gerber puffs I think around 6 or 7 months and I waited a little longer with Cheerios just because they don't dissolve like the puffs do. The yogurt drops weren't out yet when he was a baby but my SIL gave them to my nephew and I tried one, those things are YUMMY! I can't wait until lo can have them LOL
