they will only accept the full one! which u should of been given when u registered lo.

but u can all up where u registered him and buy one for £7

Deffo the partial one hun, as we only just got Kaysie's full one a couple of weeks ago and she is nearly a year old

We only had to pay three pounds if brought at the time you register for the first full one, or nine pounds for any further full certificate then or any other time it was brought.
