Okay so I can't wait till christmas as it will be my LO first (obv!!) .. I'm just sooo excited, eventhough he won't understand it all lol BUT .. What do you buy a 5 month old for christmas and also .. might sound dafttt.. shall I wrap his presents up?? xx

Hannah was about the same age her first Christmas, we bought her a few toys (most were for when she was older) and I did wrap them.

Minipose is currently six months old, he loves wrapping paper so I definatly recommend wrapping them.

Toys he likes at the moment:

Lamaze stacking bugs
Tonka mini toy cars (squishy plastic ones, they sell in Asda for around £3.50)
Stuff with buttons on that he can hit and make a noise.
Bath squirters
Teethers (especially Sophie the Giraffe)
Board books
Fisher Price Kick and Play Piano
Toy steering wheel for his high chair

Harvey was 4 months last Christmas. We got him a Jumperoo as his main present which was a great buy as he got loads of use out of it. We also got him some clothes, books, bandana bibs and a few small toys like balls and cars. We did a stocking for him with socks, rattles, bibs and some weaning stuff like a sippy cup and spoons for when he needed them.

We didn't go daft since everyone else seemed to - he got masses of stuff!

We didn't bother wrapping his presents but that's because our presents from Santa were never wrapped when I was little, they were all set out nicely on the chair so that's what we did.

Maybe a walker or something similar? Lucas has this https://www.argos.co.uk/static/Prod...|cat_14417556|Baby+activity+toys|14417559.htm - and he loves it!

Thanks for the suggestions girlies :]]

Got LO a few things like this push along thing which turns into a little ride along..
shape toys and stuff that make music as he loves music .. also a toy for the bath as he loves it in there lol xxx

Kian will be 4 months and im going to get him a jumperoo, a few lamaze toys and some bits for when hes older bt im nt going to go mad this year as he wont understand it probably bt yes i will wrap them up x

Aliyah will also be 5 months and i just went and got her a jumperoo today as her main present, also getting her a walker, high chair, some clothes, toys, bath toys, and a sit me up x

Emma was 6 months at christmas and we wrapped all of her pressies up. I'm not going to pretend she opened them but she did have a look at them and it woudn't have been the same without them wrapped up!!!
