With Christmas coming up what are you all fixing to eat for Christmas?

Here we're having a cola ham with pineapple for starters with lots of other things to eat an going to fix certain sweet things.

Oh goodness! I had a christmas roast made with hazlenuts, lentils, and other goodies; stuffing made with onion, celery, apricots, raisins, and cranberries; brussels sprouts with cheese sauce; a yam and spinach bake with a pecan and bread crumb topping; a red wine and shallot gravy; mashed potatoes with roasted garlic and shallots; wholemeal crackers with a creamy tofu and nut spread; and I don't know what else! There were plenty of sweets for desserts as well. I had made eggnog cookies, but there were also a bunch of pies, chocolates, and other things. It was quite the dinner!
