Christmas onesie help!! (Men!)

So hubby and I are going to do Xmas eve boxes for each other (thanks to the idea on the other thread, LOVE the grotto!)

I've never bought a onesie for an adult before lol, how does the sizing work? my husband is 5ft10 and relatively slim (not skinny, but somewhat muscular with a wide chest!) not sure if large would drown him but worry medium could be a bit short?? Help!

I think your best idea would be to read the reviews on the item your are buying and see what others have said with regard to sizing. Hopefully there are some helpful people who mention how tall they are and what size they got.
