Chubby baby! :D :D

This is a celebratory post! After a tricky start in NICU with sepsis, losing 11.5% of her body weight, round the clock pumping and top ups, Juniper has been ebf for 2 weeks now and is growing out of her outfits and is mostly in size 0-3 already! This is maybe not the most flattering of pictures but I just wanted to say, "LOOK AT MY CHUBBY BABY!" I never though I would be able to sustain a baby through bf alone let alone make one with big chubby amazing cheeks and a round tummy! (I had a lot of problems feeding my son and combined fed due to poor weight gain, tongue and lip ties, reflux and other issues).

Bf under difficult circumstances is really challenging, but just look at the rewards you're both getting, amazing 😊 you should feel really proud for sticking with it x

Omg, I love looking back on pictures of my fat little face from 0-6 months when she was on breastmilk alone! She was never a mega roll-y chunk but she had lovely chubby cheeks and a few chins!

Your LO looks delicious! Congratulations!
