Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help. I started to take the above above about 5 months ago, which have really helped. Im going to be starting my driving lessons soon and it mentions on the box about driving and it may impair your reaction. I think if anything i feel a bit more switched on lol Is this something i will need to tell my instructor about? Obviously i dont want to say unless i have too. Just wondering? Thanks

If you feel fine and not dizzy/faint/ unable to concentrate then I would either -not mention it at all
Or - say you are on medication which says it could impair your reaction times. You dont need to go into detail, some hayfever meds and stomach tablets say the same thing.

I wouldn't say anything at all if you feel ok..The medicine I take is supposed to make me sleepy, it doesn't..It is also supposed to make you not want sex, for me it is total opposite, I can't get enough ..

Good Luck XOOX <3

My partner is on citalopram and there are no specific instructions as to driving, his gp knows he is still driving and is fine with it. He was on 10mg and has recently increased to 20mg and is still fine.

With regar to sex drive, sadly my partners has decreased!

I wasnt even told that it could effect driving, I have had no issues whatsoever with driving and taking that dose. I personally wouldnt mention it

Thanks guys, i didnt think about it till i got my last packet and it said it on the sticky label.

Haha sex drive, agreed!

I am on 40mg and never told anyone drivingwise - my doctor know that I drive and thats enough for me.
My reactions are terrible, but they always have been.
xx
