click while feeding

Hello so i just had a question to see if anyone else has gone through a clicking noise stage. My LO started making the clicking noise at about 4 weeks and now he's 7 weeks and he still makes that click while feeding. I dont breastfed anymore my supply dried and i tried everything to get it back (even tried the 1 beer in the morning) but nothing really helped so now he's bottle feeding. I was thinking if its the bottle we are using the brand is nuk or will he outgrow it? Any advice? And i've mentioned to ped but she said it was normal

I made a thread about this also as my lo has always made clicking noises on my breast. Didnt hurt she is drinking fine everything seems and feels normal so im guessing its justs how she drinks

Click while breastfeeding usually means either a) fast let-down, or b) shallow latch.

Wouldn't think it was shallow latch with a bottle, obviously, but perhaps the nipple size needs to be reduced?
