clomid alternatives?

We'll see what my blood work shows, but i may need clomid. Having mixed feelings about that, especially at the idea of it increasing your chances of twins. But anyway...

can someone tell me what they take if they don't take clomid? what is maca all about? how many mg's?

Any supplements... do they mess up your cycles at all?

I take Femara (aka letrozole) ... I prefer it over Clomid ... MUCH gentler.

I will tell you this, when I take Femara all by itself (no other stimulants) I only mature 1 huge follicle. The likelihood of twins or multiples on Femara is well below 10%. Maybe something to look into.
