Clomid help? please read

I was told to take 50 mg days 2-6 every month, i dont get periods so i was told to just pretend i did and take the clomid of day 2 of every month, i am unmonitored and just being left to get on with it.
my first month was bfn - no real side affect or symptoms
anyway this second month i took the clomid and then day 14 i started bleeding like a period, im now on day 2 and its like a proper period, i called the fs to say should i take the third set now and start a fresh...but hes useless and everyday i ring hes busy!
what would you ladies do? do you think its harmful to have a second set only two weeks after the first? im only on 50 mg...or would you wait and see what he says?
by the time i hear from him now it will be too late to start so its crunch time today really as what to do
any help would be appreciated

Hi, I've never heard of a doc advising to take the clomid without AF, they would usually prescribe a drug e.g provera which brings on a period which then allows you to take the clomid on whichever days they advise, mine was days 2-6.

Is there any chance you can see a different doc? Doesn't sound like he knows what he's doing to be honest.

Since you are on day 2 now, I would take the Clomid. I know someone on here who was taking Clomid on the wrong days, and then as soon as she started taking it on the right days she got pregnant.
