Hi all,
After 5 long years of TTC, prolactinoma, daily medication, medication weight gain etc etc - the list goes on - I have now been prescribed clomid - 1 tablet twice daily - for days 2-6 of my next cycle on a 3 month trail. Cycle is due March 10/11th and since being on bromocriptine for over a year I am now exactly every 28-29 days (used to be very irregular anything between 31-45 days).
I want to make the best start and any and all help/advice is greatly appreciated. My doctor advised me about my diet when taking Clomid - am currently on Slimming World but unsure if this is something I can still do while on Clomid as eat a lot of starchy/carbs food. Am taking Folic Acid every day and still needing to take my bromocriptine (1mg) daily for my prolactinoma (this is the reason I do not ovulate - all tests have been negative)
Anyone actually had their doctor advise what is best to do - healthy eating wise?
