Clomid...how can I boost my chances?

Starting Clomid in 3 weeks. Am fully aware of the fact that I have a 6 month window. Has anyone got any recommendations for boosting the effects of Clomid such as...

acupuncture?
herbs?
vitamins?

I've been taking agnus castus for 6 weeks now...should I continue with this or stop taking it?

Any advice gratefully received.

Hmm. ..I didn't try anything. I would think about giving it 3 months and then asking for trigger shot with clomid or if you wanted to go iui. With it. Many do get pregnant first 3 months on clomid but if not think about ways to higher success. Hope your side effects are minimal!

I am taking feritle aid and fertile CM with it. I don't know that it will make any difference, but I figured it couldn't hurt.
