Hi all,

Good day. I am new to this forum.

I just had a cycle of clomid Days 2-7 and had an ultrasound on day 9. The doctor found 1 follicle on the right and one on the left which measured at 10mm (both). I will be going for another ultrasound on day 11 later this week for another ultrasound.

What are the chances of the follicles growing to full sizes ready for rupturing? Also, what are the chances of both the eggs being fertilised if both mature to full sizes?

Thank you so much for your replies in advance. TTC is not an easy thing. :(

I don't know an definite percentage change, but I would think that the chances of twins with two mature follicles is fairly low. Your (numerical) chances of conceiving on Clomid also depend on your age and whether you are doing IUI.
