Clomid question

I am on my first round of Clomid..took it days 3-7....now I am 24 dpo and my breasts are SOOOOOO sore....they usually get tender a few days before AF, but tender is not even the word to describe them now....is this a side effect of the clomid? Anyone else have this happen to them?
