Clomid

My doctor started me on the Clomid & metformin combo the other day. He has me start my pils yesterday which was cycle day 15. because mine have been very irregular, my periods. I am so hopeful this medicine will help! we tried two years, i'm still really young..& there has been alot of negativity in our family because of the meds. they told me I didn't deserve them. Well I didn't ask to be put on them..he just asked how long wed be tryin & i told him..then he was like well we will get you pregnant don't worry. He said it was the best option right now. but they just aren't very suportive now. :/ anyone have any stories with clomid or the metformin (glucophage). Having horrible nausea from them

Didn't want to read and run... we've been trying 20 cycles and my doctor just says you're young, just relax. I hope they do the trick for you...x.x.x.

I didn't take metformin but did take Clomid and got my BFP on the first cycle. I was lucky and didn't have any side effects from the clomid. What is the dosage he has you on?

100 mg. & then 500 mg glucophage 2 times a day.

If we aren't successful this cycle my doctor prescribed me Chlomid as well. I will take it next month. Don't know much about it because no one in my family has ever had trouble conceiving. Little nervous

Hi Everyone, I have pcos and me and my husband was trying for a baby for 4 1/2 years, my doctor gave me clomid to take and on the first batch i caught, i couldn't believe it. My little girl is almost 11 months now and perfect. We have just started trying again for our 2nd baby. Just took another batch of clomid so fingers crossed.

we've tried for a little over 3 years. I don't know how many cylces because sometimes I go 70 days between them. :/ some people say thats a blessing because no pms but honestly..i just wish i had semi normal ones!! oh well. & congrats on getting pregnant the first month. I hope I'm that lucky. we are both scared that we will loose it again :/ i am trying to stay positive. hopefully it works out for everyone.
