cluster feeding or something to worry about?

My LO is 20 days old and has fed 14 times already since midnight. I have had one occasion where hes fed 4/5 times in 2 hrs and since 11 (its 2pm now) hes fed 6 times! Should I be worried or is this just a growth spurt?

Sounds like a growth spurt. How long is lo feeding for each time?

Between 10 and 20 minutes at a time, no longer than 40 minutes between each feed.

Is your LO settled in between feeds? LO and I ended up back in hospital due to poor weight gain and my LO was never settled between feeds. She was telling me she wasn't getting enough but I didn't get it. Argh! I combi fed for 2 weeks and pumped like mad to boost my supply. The difference in my girl when she was getting enough milk was immense. She still cluster fed but she could relax because she would eventually have a full belly.
