CMPI baby dairy intake after 1 year...

How does your toddler get their dairy without cows milk ??
Grace drinks her nutramigen milk every day but am worrying she should be getting more calcium from dairy. ???

i just give my little man a glass of almond milk with his breakfast. Sometimes dinner too. Besides that thats it.
Even things with tiny bits of cows milk makes him very sick..

However they sell goat cheese (i hate it and my lo wont eat it unless i do too)

Yeah, I heard goat's cheese is typically an allergen like cow's milk so I've avoided that. She's not too bad at the moment, so daren't try much really in case it sets her back again!

Yeah having a allergy stinks. It was really tough un the beginning to get my mil and fil to yndersrand gow bad/sick my lo gets when given cows milk.
I agree if shes happy dont mess with it.

On a side note the specialist i saw in the beginning said several times that cows milk really isnt good for u. And that its really not ment for humans to drink.

I really stressed over this. I waited until my boy would take milk from a cup. Never thought he would but he just changed overnight!

Until then he'd have an 8oz bottle at bed, 4oz on his breakfast and a soya yogurt and that covered his intake.

Now he has a full cup morning and night and some on his breakki alongside his soya yogurt x
