Has anyone had a bub who has been diagnosed with cmpi but only based on minimal symptons?

DD1 was diagnosed at two months old after I noticed some flecks of blood in her poo. She also had runny poo alot of the time (it was often like oil and so explosive) that was pretty much it, but what a huge difference it made once she was diagnosed xx

Sort of, my LO didn't tick all the boxes for it but was diagnosed (I had to push quite hard) and as soon as he was put on Neocate it was clear that he definitely had CMPI as once we eliminated the dairy some of the issues he had went away.

Oh and same with reflux, had some but not all symptoms.

We are trying to wean on to the obviously gross alfare, not easy!

My bub has been so unsettled since day 1 and with some symptons cmpi has always been in the back of our minds and now our paed has said we need to either rule out or diagnose but it's a nightmare trying to get her to drink the formula.

Just push through my LO was on Neocate and it took a good few weeks for him to get used to it.
