co-codamol 30/500 question?

Hi, today I got my BFP, I'm 3w5d so very very early. Im prescribed cocodamol 30/500 for severe back and joint pain. I (stupidly) took 2 about an hour ago without thinking going to call my GP first thing obviously, but please tell me I didn't cause any damage

I was prescribed them during every pregnancy iv had hun for spd and as i have scoliosis so pregnancy really doesn't do my back much good lol, although i never had them early on but i cant see there being much difference, ring your dr for your own piece of mind but i had them with all my pregnancies xx
