am 20+3 an my nose was blocked an streaming all yest an today. Started turnin green in evening yest( had sneezes an runny nose few weeks, clear so presume my hayfever) an all achy and was up 4ish am vomiting an took parcemol every 4 hrs since then last dose 6.20 an still banging head an sore back left side which radiates dwn back(nothing helpd) still sore 6.45 an nw (parcetmol dosent work on me but all i can take 
) i just feel so awful, jjust had litle hotter than norm shower to steam me an sooth aches. Now out 15-30 mins an backs achin again. Not eatin much as feel tht bad. An have gagged few times all day.i am feeling bubs move thank god. I also lost 3 bits my mucus plug last week clear snotty discharge(sure plug).any advice ive tried honey an water in past tasted awful hate hot blackcurrant juice leaves coatin in my mouth. Had take soother for throat 4amish.
