Colour around belly button ?!

Ok a bit strange I know but I'm sure there is a very faint greeny coloured ring around my belly button - anyone know what this could be ?
It's similar colour to my veins so could it be that ?

Sorry I dont know what this is but I have it too!! It almost looks like a very faint and large bruise around my belly button. Im anxious to see if anyone knows about this.

could it just be your veins? apparantly they are more visible anyway when pregnant. or a stretch mark maybe?

I don't know, but the area round my belly button has gone the same colour as my linea nigra. It looks quite odd!

The area around my belly button is the same color as the line down my belly, which is a very light, barely visible brownish color. It looks funny, but I assume it's normal because it doesn't hurt or anything and it matches my line.....

It's the skin that used to be inside your belly button, as it stretches out and 'pops' the skin becomes part of your tummy and creates this ring that can look a bit bruised or pigmented.

This makes sense. My belly button used to be so deep and now its very shallow. That skin around my belly button is a little discolored and also very soft, it makes sense that it would be skin that used to be inside and is now outside. you think its thinner? and that would make it discolored?

I think it might be veins as well. I noticed my belly had loads of greeny/blue lines all over it the other morning. Think just with the skin being so stretched they are more visible.

Feel bit better now, I think mine is veins as it's the same colouring but just wasn't sure as it's a ring shape !

The area formerly known as my belly button (it's basically flat now) looks weird too. I don't have a ring, but the coloration is much darker than the rest of my skin, more like my nipples. And there are some freckles there I never noticed before, either.
