Colours - November Wedding

Hello all,

We are now thinking of getting married next November.

My OH will be wearing his blue RAF uniform, my dress is likely to be ivory.

I am thinking our colour scheme could be blue, ivory and silver.

The older bridesmaids could wear blue dresses with silver / ivory sash and the young ones could wear ivory dress with blue / silver dress?

Would it be too much blue?

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

I am rubbish at these kind of things lol! xx

I think those colours would be fine, not too much I haven't decided between light blue and pink yet - still got time to decide though

Hi hun, I got married 2nd November 2007 & had black & pink which may sound odd but it worked really really well. The older girls had black dresses with pink fur shawls and the little ones in just pink with fur as well. It's a gorgeous time of year to get married. I think blue and silver would be lovely xxxxx

Great colour choice Pingu - but I'm biased. I married last December and had the same - Navys/Silvers as I didn't want it to be 'Christmassy'.... I'll PM you a couple of pics of my bridesmaids/cake/flowers etc. (Will probably be tomorrow now if that's OK!) x

Blue and silver is classic combination..you could throw in a little 'blood' red or dark green to mix it up??

Perfect colours! My sister is getting married next month ans she is having ivory, midnight blue and silver!

My dres is ivory with midnight blue sash and blue swirly bits on. Hard to describe!
