comfort/reflux/combination? HELP

My son is 15 days old. He has always been sick after a feed. I was originally combi feeding with stage 1 and breast.

I've stopped the breast now as that seems to make him even worse.

He dry retches a lot and the vomiting appears worse at night.

I'm tempted to switch his milk but I'm not sure if its comfort milk or anto reflux that'll benefit hom more?

Also can I give stage 1 for some feeds and AR for the evening? I was wondering if this would prevent him getting constipation which I hear is common with AR milks.

Hi, id take him to the docs if you haven't already done so - I see your post was a few days ago. They can prescribe meds if needed and also prescribe milk. So should work out cheaper for you. Sounds anyways like reflux so go for a reflux milk and hold him upright for 30 mins after a feed. At night I he's in a Moses basket or crib try propping one end of the crib up, or put a rolled towel under his mattress to prop it. Don't give him a pillow as this can be a suffocation risk. I hope you find solutions to help him and you soon.
