Complete bed rest and cerclage

Hello all, I am a very excited mother hoping to have her second bundle of joy soon. I have had a number of miscarriages in the past because of complicated health issues. I am currently expecting now (10 weeks gone), but because of the high risk of a miscarriage, I have been adviced to go for a cerclage coupled with a complete bed rest. Most of the hospitals I had tried to reach in countries like South Africa, Brazil have adviced I get a doctor to work with me. I am desperately in need of recommendations right now, so I can out in a cerclage as soon as possible. I am looking for something pretty affordable since I might be on bed rest for about 6 months, that is why I am looking outside the US. Anyone with similar experience and who helped you through, and what country please. Thanks!
