Conception and ultrasound

How accurate are 7week and 8 week ultrasounds? I had ewcm for the first time and my ultrasound lined up with the day I had it exactly, is that mean the ewcm helped me conceieve since the only time I seen it I ended up preg? And since I had it one day does that mean my fertility window was less than five days

According to my midwife realistically you actually have about a 24 hour window you are fertile in, but pinpointing it is like finding a needle in a haystack. She says yes they say you have 5-7 days but the chance of actually conceiving more than 24 hours away from ovulation are about 2-5%. At 7-8 weeks they can be up to a week out, I know at my 6+2 week ultrasound they dated me at 5+4 so setting me back by 5 days, but at 12 weeks I was put forward by 7 days, and stayed there for the next 10 weeks.

Yeah seriously I'm sure if the fertility window was really 5 days there would be a lot more preg girls
