I just thought I would post these for all the lovely ladies here who are wondering if they have girls. U can compare your sonogram photos to these. (Oh! And that potty shot is an exactly 15 week ultrasound)

For a second I'd thought YOU had confirmed it was a girl. I was so jealous! LOL

I've also spent a lot of time looking at "confirmed girl/boy" ultrasound photos. There is a confirmed girl nub gallery on one if the gender websites (not sure if I'm allowed to post which one) and it has been very enlightening. I was pretty early at my NT scan, and didn't get a visible nub, but it was great to compare skulls and general appearance. After looking at all of the confirmed 11-13 week ultrasound photos, I'm feeling like skull theory is less helpful than one might think. That's great news for me, though, because the overwhelming majority of responders on my thread said "boy" based on the skull in my ultrasound pics (which looked completely different in each of my three photos, lol)... and I'm hoping they're wrong.

Haha no not yet. I don't mind girl or boy but my husband wants a boy. These pics are from my first baby I feel like really all of these old wives tales and methods/theories of predicting gender could go either way.

Yes, almost all of the theories can go either way. Not much better than a 50/50 guesses, in my opinion. (Still fun, though!) However, nub theory is proven to have a very high rate of accuracy when done in weeks 12-13 and if the right type of side profile shot can be obtained. I didn't get one of those, unfortunately... so I'm paying for a private scan next week to satisfy my curiosity. Lol

I hope you guys get what you (or your husband) are hoping for at your gender scan next week. I'm hoping for another girl, myself... But my older daughter wants a brother, and I'm afraid the odds are with her. Lol.
