confused

hi all i had a day 21 blood test on day 23 my last period 27th december im currently on day 26 of cycle
my results from blood test were very high which was 51 can someone help me as im not sure when i would of ovulated as i have pcos and my cyles are very irregular and i very rarely ovulate i used an ovulation stick 2day and and there is a faint line on stick so my confusion is if i ovulated 2 weeks ago why would there be a positive opk test. what are the chances of conceiving this cycle if i had sex around ovulation have been trying for 5yrs now and last post i made dh and i decided to stop all fertility tablets and take a break

first, 51 indicates ovulation is fine. If you're still in the same cycle, wait til 14 days after this was checked, and take a pg test.

as for the opk, if its just a faint line, it doesnt count as pos. it has to be at least as dark as the control. it measures LH, which you have at a low level all the time. however, sometimes getting a line on an opk late in the cycle can indicate pg, so I'd say take an hpt.

i thought if the blood test was done on day 23 then i ovulated the week before is this right please help someone x.
This is all new 2 me as i dont usually ovulate so this is an exciting time for me. Am i right in my thinking about ovulating occuring a week befor

it would be, what I'm saying iss by 14 days after that, your result should definately be accurate. you could start testing as early as 7 days after the test
