Confused!

Hi ladies, just need a bit of advice..
My OH and I had decided to call our little girl Daisy, but he's recently decided he doesn't particularly love it anymore
Anyway, as you can see, my name's Kate. Do you think Caitlyn is too similar to my name?
Her surname will be Knight.. Middle name something plain but pretty iykwim? Like Rose, Grace or May.
Other names currently in the running are Amelie, Evie and Niamh. Which do you think sounds better? xx

I like Evie, just not sure if it's too plain iykwim? My OH likes unusual names and I really dislike most unusual names so we're having a hard time!

Awww! She's a Daisy now hun! I can just picture her as one but maybe it's because you've had that name for so long..

What about the other names you liked, Mia, or Imogen?

I like all the ones you have got but I have to say Daisy is my fave

I want to call her Daisy I just want to throw a big tantrum until he agrees, it doesn't feel right to change her name Tbh, I think now he's done this, I won't properly pick one until she's here. I'm not getting used to a name and picturing her as it and then having him change it again

I chose Kaitlynn as soon as I found out I was having a girl and I stuck to it. I did look at other names but kept going back to the first one. Daisy is cute!

I think Caitlyn would be cute! It's not "too similar" to your name, Kate. My friend's name is Ann & she named her daughter Deanna. I think it's nice! I also like the variation... Kailyn/Kaylin/Cailyn.

If you have your heart set on Daisy tho, i think it's worth fighting for! It's hard to call your bump by a name & then change your mind once she is "known" as that name!

Although, i did change my mind a few times during my pregnancy... and changed it again once he was born! Sometimes you just need to see the baby first!

Maybe you guys can agree on 3 names (example: Daisy, Evie, Caitlyn) & then decide once you meet her! Good luck!
