Constant period like cramps?

So I am 38 and half weeks and the past day or 2, I been having these cramps every few mins to every few hours, no bleeding ,I feel them in the pubic area not abs/stomach though, are they braxon hicks ? IS my body just getting ready for labor, or is it coming soon? No bloody show yet !

I've been feeling them too off and on even when im not contracting so idk really but hopefully they turn into something.
