Hey everyone daisy is coming up to one very soon (where has this year gone :( )

She's never had a problems with bowel movements but today daisy has been very tearful and having terrible trouble going to the toilet earlier on she was laying on the kitchen floor screaming trying to strain it was so awful to see

I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I can give her please xx

Poor monkey. My son was the same way and I felt so bad. The only thing that worked for us was prune juice. it worked really well and made a world of difference.

You can try inserting a suppository. I reckon if she was crying, then it must be acute.. Prune juice helps, but might take sometime..

I should clarify to say that we had him drink it every day for long term results.

I mix puréed prunes into plain yogurt for Isla in the mornings. She strains every now and then since starting solids and a couple spoons of puréed prunes every day really helps to keep her comfortable and regular.

Demotivated, our son loved it and never had my problems drinking it. I was just offering OP an option that happened to work for us.
