So this is my second pregnancy with SPD and Im planning on gettign signed off at the end of this month by my doctor so I dont have to start my maternity leave as early. I am eligible to two months sick leave at full pay with my work, at which point I will then take any holiday Im owed, then start my maternity leave.
At the moment I have six days left to take but my query is regarding the company allocated holiday over christmas.
My contract states I am entitled to 34 days inluding the queens jubilee, 13 of these days are allocated by the company, six of the allocated days have already been taken, the other 7 are for over christmas (bank hols and the office is closed). So my question is as these 7 days are my contracted holiday but Ill be on maternity leave so should I be able to add these on before I start my maternity leave??
