Could it be happening again???

I am really confused and scared that i could be suffering from my second M/C.
I only found out i was pregnant last tuesday and since then i have had brown discharge when going to the toilet. Earlier today i had one episode of pink/brown discharge. And feel like my sore breasts and no longer feeling as sore. I had an early m/c is May this year, i feel really scared this could be happening again.
I am going to see GP in the morning to get some advice, but would love some advice from anyone who has experienced similar. Thank You

Thank you all for your kindness and support.
My discharge has now turned to moderate bleeding with occasional clots, i have back pain and my pregnancy symptoms have dissappeared.
My doctor has arranged a scan for me but not until 2 weeks time when i would be 7 weeks as they won't do it any earlier. He sounded really positive for me, so now i am confused as i was beginning to think my pregnancy was definately coming to an end, but he said don't think like that until we know for sure after the scan. I feel so sad and so worried now that this has happened to me twice now in 3 months, is there something i am doing wrong?
He has suggested resting well, so i have rang work to inform them and now i'm going to have a warm bath.

I will still keep you informed of any further changes.

I have had two confirmed miscarriages in a row and one not confirmed, sounds to me like this one wasnt meant to be, darling maybe u need a holiday and a complete rest body and mind and then start again?
(i am resting before trying again, and i know its tough) thinking of u xx
