Could someone please make a sig for my daughter?

Helllo! I've tried and failed to make a signature, I have photoshop but there's just some things I can't figure out! If someone could make a sig for my daughter I'd really appreciate it! She's not born yet so I only have ultrasound pics. I love light pink and brown together, maybe some little ribbons and bows... I don't really care lol. Just say "Julia Noelle" and "November 18, 2012" in cute font or something. Thanks sososo much!
