I've been having lower abdominal cramps for like two days never lasting to long and woke up yesterday morning constipated(sorry for the tmi). A first i thought it was my period coming early(its not due till around the 8or9 of January)but still no sign of aunt flo. Please help

It could be,ovulation pains for me don't usually last too long so I doubt it's that. Did you dtd around ov?Any other symptoms?

Oh and when I was pregnant I went from constipated to,well the opposite lol from when I ov'd for weeks..probably was my first symptom

I have this sorta going on too, but it's more of a tightening sensation that loosens and then gets tight again. No ones giving me much help, but something about me just feels different. Hmm..
