Could this be my month?

Hey ladies, I'm newly joined so this is my first post. I'm just after a bit of advice, iv been trying ttc for 3 months and iv been tracking my ovulation my period is due 7-8 days, recently iv been having really itchy boobs I woke up this morning to find blood in my nose? And under my belly button feels bruised to touch but there isn't any marks? Are these signs? Or am I reading too much into it? Thanks in advance for your help!!! xx
