Could this be the start of something?

For the past hour I've been having contractions(not sure how farapart because I'm awful at timing), cramps off and on, and almost constant back pain. Canbraxton hicks cause this back pain? I swear trying to distinguish real labor from fake is so stressful

it could be the start of labour, however it could also be braxton hicks.
Have a nice relaxing bubbly bath, and see how you feel in an hour.
With my braxton hicks they calmed as soon as i ha a bath
If after an hour you are still feeling crampy and bad back, then phone your midwife and hopefully she will come round to help out
