So we bought a house recently and moved in Sept 14th and not paid any ct yet. I informed them we had moved and are registered at the new property on electoral roll. They sent us a final bill t new address with nothing to pay so have we just paid too much?

It took them about a month to send us our new bill and want us to start paying in Nov - we moved in in Aug!! xx

It took 6mths for them to calculate and send Ollie a bill when he first moved in x

They can be quite slow about it! I'd give them a call if you're worried and hopefully that will hurry them up a bit!
