Court acess when dad has seen baby once since being born a year an d half ago

My babys biological father now wants contact of our son who he has not given any interest since he was born and he walked out the day he was born telling me he haad been cheating for 6 months obviously i hate this man and he ruined my birth experience...but suddenly he wants contact because im petitioning divorce...im very worried and very afraid

How old is your child?

Do not worry... It may be empty threats if his left it this long. He won't be able to get access immediately.. you can push for supervised/contact centres etc.. its a long drawn out process and def doesn't happen over night. So do not panic. x
