Court date 5 days before christmas im so scared

So here goes, my daughter is 14 months old.

8 days before i was due to be induced her father tried to kill him self. when she was born he was still depressed form time time and said again he wanted to kill his self.
I also found out while i was pregnant that he watches animal porn!!!
i used to let him have contact with her at my home when ever he wanted but he choose to come as when it suited him(gave him enough rope to hang him self with there) so i said as you only come now and again lets just agree to afew hours on a weekend.

He wasnt happy with this as some weekends he said he wanted to go out so he said if you dont let me see her when i want ill take you to court for every other weekend!!! PANIC is all i felt!!! when i took legal advice and told my solicitor every thing she said stop all contact as he is a danger to her.
We have now got the court date which is 5 days before christmas.
I am so scared that some silly judge is going to let him have her.
my gut instinct is he shouldnt and cant be trusted with her.

Sorry for long rant but could do with some advise or answers if any one as been in simler situation

No judge will give access to to him until hes got the help he needs and can prove hes in a fit state to look after a child, any access granted should be supervised. Hope you get it all sorted and are feeling better about it soon x
